    10. I also give color posters - `A-3` size laminated on different topics which can be put on the walls in the factory. This will be reminding the participants the thoughts they have learned in training and the effect of the training program will be longer.

    7. Some of them think that their farm and farming is their main business and there is not much attachment towards the work in the factory they work at. I have proved many of them that their job and the factory are also equally important for them!
    8. After the training many of them become aware of physical fitness and skills development which can actually help them for advancement in career! This also helps the organization - it gets efficient workforce!

    6. As it is conducted at your workplace, everything is convenient and there are no further expenses.
    7. The amount required for the training is very negligible if you see the long-lasting benefits!
    8. Some of the organizations are not professionally managed and hence the concept of employee training is not easily digested.
    9. Some of them had said that they arrange a free lunch or dinner for employees once in a year and this is / was what their concept about employee engagement. (The fact is it will not improve the thought process of the employees which is needed for business process improvement)
    10. Some say they have offered reasonable salaries and for them that is `THE END`.
    11. Many organizations don`t know what the `Employee Training` program can render. In fact it renders more than the amount invested! (in monitory terms too!). At many organizations it has made tremendous change/s in the behavior of employees!
